PadelWear Terms of Use

Version 1.2 — 1 October 2026.

PadelWear Tracker is a free scorekeeping and sports-activity service on Android and Wear OS. Its operator and support contact, support@padelweartracker.com, are identified in the Privacy Policy.

Access and account

Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Use your own Google account and protect access to it. Connected features need Internet access and compatible equipment. Local scorekeeping remains available without a cloud account or optional health data.

Matches and sharing

After Google sign-in, some match information may be published automatically to signed-in members, including during play. The Privacy Policy explains the data, audience and access periods.

Before sharing information identifying other players, inform them and obtain their agreement, including guests without accounts. Otherwise, use non-identifying labels. Do not publish data identifying minors. Report incorrect or unwanted sharing to support.

You retain your rights to your content and authorise us to process it only to provide the service and comply with law. This does not authorise selling it or using it for advertising.

Use and limitations

Do not impersonate anyone, harass others, publish unlawful content or bypass access controls. Import only data you are authorised to use; Playtomic and Pista are independent services.

Scores, statistics and sports measurements may be inaccurate or unavailable. Check results with the players. PadelWear is neither an official referee nor a medical service. Use devices when safe; interruptions can delay synchronisation.

Deletion and rights

The Account deletion page explains in-app and email procedures. Uninstalling does not delete the cloud account. The Privacy Policy explains local copies and exports.

We notify material changes as required by law and, where practicable, give reasonable notice before stopping the service. French law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. You may contact a competent authority or court without contacting us first. No mandatory right or liability is excluded.
